Tried starting with this company was looking for a company with their stuff together but day one of orientation the trainer showed up an hour late. Day 2 they let me drive an hour to get there just for them to tell me they feel like switching it to the following week because there was only one person which was me. Very unorganized company don’t waste your time and I feel really bad for the clients as well for the disorganized staff.
Liann is a great trainer keeps it entertaining and very thorough with her teaching very very knowledgeable on everything makes it very comfortable and keeps it fun to help get through it all overall just a great trainer
Learned a lot during the training and it was pretty chill
I just started here back in December. Liann is probably the best trainer ive had when it comes to working in this field. She not only knew so much but her and the rest of the staff I met made me feel so at home and relaxed and se got through so much training with very little interruption! Beth who is did the interview with is just a pleasure to talk to. I am very excited to be joining the Devoted Guardians team. My experience during orientation was very positive and welcoming. Lianne was kind, professional, and explained everything clearly, making the process easy and comfortable.
