I had applied for a 6 months lease and was asked for numerous paperwork and employment status to prove I could pay their rent of which i repeatedly submitted. I had not signed their lease and had submitted over $200 for their application. The Manager said my acceptance would be based on a check of over $1500, renters insurance and proof of employment again.I had a medical emergency and was not able to go to colorado.
