I had applied for a 6 months lease and was asked for numerous paperwork and employment status to prove I could pay their rent of which i repeatedly submitted. I had not signed their lease and had submitted over $200 for their application. The Manager said my acceptance would be based on a check of over $1500, renters insurance and proof of employment again.I had a medical emergency and was not able to go to colorado. Worst place you can possibly live, management is a nightmare. Stacey harasses the tenants by threatening to kick everyone out the second theirs a nose, even if ur car alarm goes off you get a notice on the door treating eviction if no compliance. So apparently you are not allowed to lock ur car door. With that being said ur car will also get towed out of the parking lot at your own cost. "Repairs" are simply just painted over.
