They do a Awesome job and they Decorate the Community room each season and it always looks so welcoming and Beautiful especially for Christmas. ***UPDATE - I’ve lived here for 3 years now and I still love it. New manager Dixie is responsive, friendly and always takes any issues I have seriously. My apartment is still in great shape. My son and I love the pool in the summer. They’ve updated the gym with new equipment and the clubhouse which is a fun place to hang during the summer. I had some recent issues with the downstairs neighbors and the staff were prompt in looking into the issue and took necessary action to keep the community safe. i’ve lived at devonshire manor for over a year now and i have to say it is one of the best places i’ve been able to call home. not only are the front office staff and maintenance friendly, but many of the neighbors are very kind as well. we’ve never had a problem with anything and anytime we’ve had a question it’s been answered swiftly. i also love that the property is fenced off, it makes it feel a lot safer for not only me, but my child and my dog too. (also brownie points for washer/dryer, and dishwasher in unit!!)
I have lived in a lot of places and I have rented my whole life! This is the first time renting has felt like home and the first time that I have lived in a newly remodeled home. They accept and lavish over your pets and are always doing fun games and entertaining the tenants, as well as keeping the grounds exceptional as well as everything else. Everything is anesthetic to look at and I feel grateful.
