Initially they show one an apartment with separate washing machines but when they handed me the apartment they gave me an apartment with a small washer and dryer joined together, one above and one below, with little capacity. I can't wash my clothes because they don't fit in these small appliances, nor my clothes in full, several washes have to be done during the week and the clothes don't come out well, the service is deficient because they don't solve the problem of the washing machines here in this residence, several neig... read more
My partner and I are on our second year lease, and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The community is quiet but welcoming. The amenities are always clean and decorated depending on the season. Maintenance is quick to respond, but we've hardly had any reason to request service. The leasing office is very kind and easy to communicate with. They also frequently host events for the community!
***UPDATE*** I am about to celebrate 4 years in this wonderful community! I continue to love everything about my life here! Thank you Devonshire for making this such an incredible place to call home!! I am happy to have called Devonshire Manor "home" for almost 2 years now! Update June 2025: still here. Maintenance handles requests quick. No breed restriction for dogs. But I’ve also been slammed with a rent increase every single year since living here so rent has slowly almost doubled in the 7 years I’ve been here. Update 10/2021: Rent goes up yearly, even in a pandemic. Ever since I moved to Devonshire Manor on Rosa Road, I've had such a lovely experience. Beautiful sense of community. Super kind and helpful team they have. With such a lovely and upmost professional manager leading the community. The property looks great too! It has a weekly maintained landscape. Devonshire has an app for any maintenance needs.
