Learn from my mistakes and avoid renting from this place This property is poorly managed and will charge you unnecessary fees when moving and moving out. For example, talking directly with management, they will tell you that the redecorating fee you pay when moving in doesn't actually go to redecorating and is used as a security deposit, but you don't get that security deposit back. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Devonshire Gardens doesn’t just lack professionalism — they are deceptive and unethical. I gave 30-day notice in September 2024, paid full rent for October, and moved out early. The office told me I had a $0 balance and was “good to go.” Months later, I found out they sent me to collections for $254, with no notice, no call, no email — nothing. If the convenience to shopping, health care & other needs is important then this is the place for you. Staff is attentive & responds to your needs in a timely manner.
Verified Renter It’s a quiet complex. It feels like a community. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Maintenance is great at what they do. The floor plans are some of the largest in town.
