If I could give 0 stars, I would. Devonshire Gardens doesn’t just lack professionalism — they are deceptive and unethical. I gave 30-day notice in September 2024, paid full rent for October, and moved out early. The office told me I had a $0 balance and was “good to go.” Months later, I found out they sent me to collections for $254, with no notice, no call, no email — nothing. If the convenience to shopping, health care & other needs is important then this is the place for you. Staff is attentive & responds to your needs in a timely manner.
Verified Renter It’s a quiet complex. It feels like a community. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Maintenance is great at what they do. The floor plans are some of the largest in town.
