I've lived at Devonshire for a year now and feel I have some useful advice for prospective tenants. - The address they provide tenants for their apartments will typically be wrong. They tell everyone to use "5411 Amherst Cir," seemingly out of laziness, when only one-half of one of the buildings has this address. You should physically check your address before changing your driver's license and other addresses. Do not move here, the insulation between units is so terrible, I've been here a week and my downstairs neighbor won't stop harassing me, claiming they can hear my every footstep and insisting I go to bed by 10pm so I don't disturb them. I would have never moved here if I would have known what a headache it would be to deal with such neighbors. It is not worth the amount of money I am paying to live here to have to tip-toe around my own house.
