Do not move here, the insulation between units is so terrible, I've been here a week and my downstairs neighbor won't stop harassing me, claiming they can hear my every footstep and insisting I go to bed by 10pm so I don't disturb them. I would have never moved here if I would have known what a headache it would be to deal with such neighbors. It is not worth the amount of money I am paying to live here to have to tip-toe around my own house.
Very happy with my apartment so far (been here around 3mos)! I did have a few one-off early-morning American cockroach/waterbug incidents early on, but once we found the hole where they were coming in and patched it up, I haven't had an issue since. Love the renovated amenities inside, the covered parking, the location, and the little garden community areas throughout the property. Walls are a little thin, but overall have been very happy.
My favorite property in Dallas, hands down. The Devonshire neighborhood is gorgeous and you’re a 30 second walk to the areas best restaurants, Trader Joe’s, shops, and more. Wonderful place and management. Highly recommend.
