I stayed at the apartment for a year, amenities are great, they’re a little lazy on fixing things but the other staff more than makes up for any inconvenience. I want to highlight Joe and Edgar, they made my year at Devonshire so incredibly happy, always greeted me and my roommate with a smile and made me feel at home!
This rating and review is long overdue. However. I am hoping to add my accolades regarding the staff, both past and present. I lived (temporarily) in my husband’s Boston apartment, the Devonshire back in March and April of 2016 when I was undergoing treatment for cancer at Dana Farber. I really appreciate that Marvin remember residents and make package pickup so easy — and especially for preparing a cart when packages are heavy. Your thoughtfulness truly makes a difference.
Always on point! No one could ever replace Marvin
I have been living at the Devonshire for over a year and it is my favorite building. I have lived in five different buildings in Boston and this is my favorite. The people are what make this building so wonderful. Joe at the front desk is remarkable and by far provides the best service I’ve ever experienced. He always goes above and beyond and just makes you happy to be there. Grace and Beyoncé are incredibly friendly, helpful and make you happy to live in the building.
