I have been living at the Devonshire for over a year and it is my favorite building. I have lived in five different buildings in Boston and this is my favorite. The people are what make this building so wonderful. Joe at the front desk is remarkable and by far provides the best service I’ve ever experienced. He always goes above and beyond and just makes you happy to be there. Grace and Beyoncé are incredibly friendly, helpful and make you happy to live in the building. It’s always a joy to go in and be greeted by such an amazing, lively staff. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive. Edgar, in particular, is such a sweet and genuine person who always greets you with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. They make everything feel so homey!
Even though the move in was a bit cumbersome, it is great to have Edgar and the team welcoming you every afternoon😁 they are very attentive and friendly. Thank you!

Devonshire is the best! The concierges are absolutely amazing ( big shout out for Joe and Edgar) ! They are always so kind, welcoming, and willing to help. They go above and beyond, always opening the door with a smile and greeting everyone warmly. I truly love living here! My family recently visited, and the staff were all so kind and helpful to them as well
