As another review mentioned, they basically buy positive reviews via drawings/prizes at events, where nobody is going to say anything substantial or negative. They also encourage leaving positive reviews for individual employees (who in general are great), which makes the rating somewhat misleading. Idk how he do it, but my 2nd time ever going to mail room when I first moved in, Marvin remembered my unit # and still does. Impressive
The building actively discriminates against disabled people and refuses to hire anyone to solve serious, extremely dangerous, electrical problems. For almost 3 months, there has been a 70db + all night electrical noise in our wall, and for the first month they told us there was no problem and to just move out. They have tried adjusting fan speeds in the hall only. They refused to bring up building plans or to hire an electricians.
