This building 1 Devonshire place has an awful way to leave a lease. I joined an existing lease and with due time I’ve let them know I will be leaving at the end of the lease. The leasing manager confirmed via email that they accepted my notice to vacate and awaiting my roommates notice & for me to disregard continuing messages around it. Moved with our newborn baby into an apartment with strong chemical odor from roller shades. Wrote two emails to leasing office and never got replied. Also their lease buyout terms are never listed in the contract and are subject to change at any time. :)
Marvin is the best! He seems remembers everyone’s unit number, which saves a lot of time when getting packages and also makes us feel special. Nice Job, Marvin!
