Great service!
I've tried to redeem a certificate I received last year and haven't been able to contact anyone. The phone number is not legitimate. I'm very frustrated and so is the person that gave me the certificate as a gift. TERRIBLE!
Paid for a service that I have yet to receive. I think they closed up shop. Rip off. Stay away!
Had an appointment today at 2pm....that I made close to a month ago....a confirmation voicemail was left on my phone yesterday....it's after 3pm and NOBODY showed up!
Just had my 2011 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab detailed by the crew and they were fantastic. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions prior to scheduling the appointment and I got a reminder call the day before my appointment which is always great customer service in my book. I would highly recommend Devon's to anyone I know.
