I had a repair done there on a silver chain. I went to pick it up and the nice sales lady showed me the repair ,it looked good. I got home no put the necklace on and 1- they hadn't cleaned it, , 2- it had what looked like 3 burn marks on the chain,I tried to clean them off with silver polish ,it was very difficult to remove the marks and 3- it broke again,in the same place. I paid $ 36.00 for what? I am not going back.
