I had the easiest time working with these guys My favorite part: I removed my stuff when I didn't need the facility anymore and removed my lock and the next day they discharged my plan automatically and refunded me the prorated balance for that month. I didn't have to call or sit on hold, I didn't have to use some dumb app or anything. Not even an email! Thank God for yall. I would def do business again if needed and I felt the least I could do is leave a review.
The units are clean. The lot is secure and Kim is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with.
Unfortunately this place is currently the worst managed storage facility in Gainesville!! Be very careful people with this facility !! My experience at this location was terrible and could not speak to anyone higher up than the management that worked there but the problem was actually the management!! What I went through I do not wish on my worst enemy!! Flat out thieves!!!!
