Edit to 1 star as of 8/23/26: Unfortunately, Devon Storage was purchased by Public storage & Private Equity. I noticed my rent had jumped for $119 to $179 and now it’ll go further. I left Public storage, after myself and other tenants, had our units broken into twice at the Public Storage on Blue Mound. The thieves or junkies/addicts, easily can gain access with Public storages QR app system. They’ll upload fake ids, stolen credit cards or prepaid gift cards, get an access code and station themselves in empty units. Stay pas... read more
Place didn’t communicate with us when we were renting u-haul trucks, supposedly open on saturday but not a single soul was there, mind you this was before closing time, the number posted on the website for the trucks didn’t answer our call either.
Terrible!! Do not rent from them. No customer services no reliability. BEWARE!!
No one is ever here, no way to leave messages because the voicemail doesn't work. I have tried to email the facility and I ran into another customer having the same issues. I need to cancel my rental and have been trying to reach someone for two weeks.
