We sold our house and put our belongings in a large storage unit on Front Street for two months until closing on our new house. We discovered early on there was garbage, old cloths and other items just thrown in the unit next to ours. We repeatedly asked the owner to address this. We were told it would be taken care of however when we checked again we found even more garbage piled in the adjacent unit. We lost our house in a fire a couple weeks ago and we needed a place to put some things we could salvage until we figure out what to do. We called a few places and the gentleman at The Storage Mall on Front St. really understood our plight. He actually cared, he didnt just quote us a price, he talk to us about the fire and offered to help in any way he could. Unlike the other places I called. Great people, great place to store things. I am a collage student and store there every summer. Good prices and well managed. Better than other places and never have to worry about your things. Best to reserve early. They get real busy the end of April.

I have stored with them for years. Never had a problem. Just rented a second unit. By far the best place to get a storage unit. Do keep in mind, you must stay up on you rental fees. Just like on tv they will auction your unit if you dont pay! Who can blame them. The manager there is great and will do anything to help. If he doesnt have the unit you need, he will find one at the other locations. I wouldnt think of using anyone other than The Storage Mall

I had a horrible time...We put our sons stuff from college in storage with no problem. The problem came when we went to pick it up. At 6:30am we all got into the van which we had rented and drove to the storage mall, but when we arrived they had cut our lock off and put a different one on so we could not get mt sons stuff. When we had to leave Binghamton to get back home to return the rental car we stopped at the office and the girl behind the desk was so nasty and had a care less attitude. Some way to run a business !!

Manager was very cool/helpful. . – She didn't charge me a security deposit which another place tried to. Also she gave me a rental truck for almost nothing. Good place.

No deposit and the girl was very cool. I shopped around and they match any price too. It got recommended to me and i would do the same for a friend.
