Great downtown place – If you're in the area traveling and looking for a sea food place, check them out. The staff is very good and the food is as well.
Can't say anything besides Fantastic! – Being in the industry I always find myself grading the places that I dine both the food and waitstaff. I took a friend from out of town after being recommended by a coworker and I was not disappointed. Great Food and eat with celebrities – Last month I was in the lounge with some friends and in walks Paula Dean from the Food Network! I couldn't believe it! Then last night I was downstairs eating dinner and saw several members from the International Olymic Committee! It looked like they were enjoying their last dinner in Chicago. Great atmosphere, Great Service, Food was wonderful – My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here last weekend. It was a great place to go for a special dinner or just a regular dinner too. It was a very warm and comfortable environment. The service was great our waiter was very friendly and helpful. They had a great special on wine that night.(Sunday) $10 off/bottle. Great Wednesday and Thursday Specials – I love devon seafood grill. They offer lobster at market price on Wednesday and Thursday - it is an unbeatable special. I come from Philadelphia were the origonal devon is and it is just as good in Chicago. It is a great place for a date or to take clients. The price are not super expensive, but you feel like you are at a top notch city spot.

Foodies steer clear of this place – If you consider yourself a foodie, steer clear of this place. It had been recommended by several of my wifes associates....who we won't be taking restaurant advice from any longer. CHICAGO'S BEST SEAFOOD RESTAURANT! – I dined at Devon the other night was pleasantly surprised about this restaurant. It came highly recommended from friends who came in from out of town for a show. Excellent food, terrible service – The food was excellent, but the service was horrible. The greeter was friendly, but the hostess that seated us seemed miffed when we checked our coats when asked. The concierge assured us that we would have a nice table for our anniversary but were seated next to a post with a view of the kitchen.
