Can somebody please update your “Office hours” online! Every time I call to make an appointment it’s after hours only, I’ve called in the afternoon, was told to call in the morning, I called this morning at 10:39am and am told again that it’s after hours only
We had an amazing experience here. Everyone in the office was so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were very conscious of our concerns and their expertise was invaluable in treating her unique condition. We will definitely bring it other kids here if concerns arise. 10/10 would recommend.
I had braces done by Dr. Kutsch and I am so pleased. He was very kind and explained the process to me all the way. Being over 60 I was concerned about having braces, but he assured me it would be perfect. He was right!!! Super happy!
We have taken 4 kids to Kutsch Orthodontics and been extremely pleased with the results and experience each time. Dr.Kutsch was professional and went out of his way to help us be comfortable with the treatment plan. He also met us several times after hours to fix brackets or wires that our kids had broken. His staff are friendly and easy to work with. The amount of time he spent with us was significantly longer than I expected. Aside from the experience, the work is top notch. Highly recommend using Kutsch Orthodontics.
Please read fully if you are a parent!!!! Nobody mentions just how touchy and creepy Dr. Kutsch can be towards his patients (especially underage ones). The other staff (including the newer orthodontist, can’t remember his name) are pretty nice. But he doesn’t seem to have any concept of personal space, will not stop “brushing” against his patient’s bodies, and doesn’t wear his face mask half the time.
