We have been coming to Devito and Alvarado since our oldest was 8 years old and he's an adult now. They have cared for my two younger children since birth, and our experience has always been great. The front office ladies always greet you with a smile. They are very helpful when we need referrals or school documentation filled out. The PA Danielle is amazing! My family has been coming to DeVito & Alvarado Pediatrics for over 10 years, and I now bring all four of my children here. The care we receive is consistently outstanding. Physician Assistant Danielle is truly amazing she is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly. The only amazing thing about this practice are the doctors.( Dr.Alvarado and Dr.Schaller) every time I need an appointment the front desk is rude and dismissive I understand being busy but the nasty attitude needs to stop. They sound annoyed and tired of working. I have been going for years and I am tired of dealing with the front desk and their lack of empathy. I can't complain, both Dr Devito and Alverado have been with my son since the day he was born at Methodist Hospital in BKLYN. Dr Devito may not be all fuzzy and super social but my experience with him has been excellent. He is very good at what he does. Dr Alverado is excellent as well, i only wish she was able to be share her opinions when discussing situations. I understand her apprehensions, but I like to hear my doctor's opinion sometimes. My children have been going to Dr. Devito for about 15 years. I have two girls and a boy. Not only is Dr. Devito super knowledgeable but everyone makes you feel like family. Dr. Devito is extremely amazing at his diagnosis when the kids are sick and he’s remembers everything about your kids. Not only related to the office visits but also what’s taking place in school and at home. I appreciate that in a doctor.
