Dr. Zacchilli is the best! Very hands on, knowledgeable, and whenever you need her, she is there for you! Definitely recommend
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Instead of evaluating my newborn daughter or even asking some simple questions to assess the situation over the phone, the provider refused to see her and misled us to visit the ER. The doctors at the ER were so confused as to why they advised us to visit and said it was an issue to be handled by her pediatrician. Pointless visit to the ER with a newborn is no treat. They say it takes a village to raise children, and I am so grateful to have found that in our pediatricians office. The staff welcome us with smiles, stickers, movies in the waiting room, and the cutest decorations! They make my children feel so special. They remember their names, ask about their interests, they’ve celebrated their birthdays and always help to make trips to the doctors feel like visiting friends. We have been coming to Devito and Alvarado since our oldest was 8 years old and he's an adult now. They have cared for my two younger children since birth, and our experience has always been great. The front office ladies always greet you with a smile. They are very helpful when we need referrals or school documentation filled out. The PA Danielle is amazing! My family has been coming to DeVito & Alvarado Pediatrics for over 10 years, and I now bring all four of my children here. The care we receive is consistently outstanding. Physician Assistant Danielle is truly amazing she is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly.
