leaving a 5-star review because i think some of the negative ratings here aren't fair, especially from people who didn't actually use the roofing service. i do have a question about a past review, though. there was a situation where a customer said their new roof leaked after the job was finished, but the team—i think it was todd—checked and found it was a leaky pipe causing the problem, not the roof. if a pipe is leaking above the roof, i don't get why that would make water come inside more than rain would. and if the pipe ... read more

I called Devin's Emergency Roofers LLC when I saw water stains on my ceiling after a heavy thunderstorm. Todd came out that very same day, quickly found the leak on my roof, and did an emergency repair right away to stop any more water from getting inside my house. He took photos to show me where the roof had been damaged by hail. Todd also helped me work with my insurance, and soon I had a brand new roof, including fresh decking and gutters. todd was absolutely fantastic! we had a small hole in our roof from a branch, which led to some leaks. he called me the same day i reached out, and came out quickly to fix it (he even offered to come sooner, but i wasn't available). todd arrived right on time and showed me before and after photos of the repair work. he also shared some great tips on keeping my roof in good shape for a longer time. i'll definitely be calling again next time i need any roofing help!
