I hadn’t been to the dentist since we arrived in Texas. I was last seen in Alaska in March 2017. Life got busy. I didn’t really pay attention how fast time was passing by. I made an appointment. It took a couple of weeks to get in but they had a cancellation and called me to come in within 3 days of me contacting them. Unfortunately, I had other obligations that day. Called to have my Invisalign plan finished out after a move from FL. This office is part of Heartland Dental network and should have easily picked up my treatment from a sister office in FL. Waited a week for a call back and was given a run around, prices were inflated, and the Dr. requested that I have my old office call him before I could make an appointment.
