I have been going to Sam’s Club Optical Department for over 15 years. For the past several years the Brandon Fl location had changed to 20/20Now Telehealth with no Optometrist on-site. The customer service has drastically declined. I was so happy to find out that the Riverview Sam’s Club hired an outstanding, professional ON-SITE Optometrist, Dr. Devin Speight. Great customer experience with Dr. Speight. Don't let his youth fool you. He's very knowledgeable, talented and very empathic. He's approach to practice was a trip to memory lane when doctors had their patients needs first before monetary and profit gains as most of them are today unfortunately. He asked all the questions, took the time to listen and made all necessary tests to cover all requirements for my annual eye check up.
