The tower and the scenery was beautiful, what I got to see of it, drove an hour(from RVpark) to get there only to be told our dog was not aloud on the trail, I understand the rule but nowhere was there information about that rule in literature or on website. Could not just leave dog locked in car so our trip was ruined. We were not the only ones, there was alot of people angry cause they had dogs to. Something needs to be done about that.
Wonderful place and good hiking for all age groups! I do recommend you try and stay for stargazing. If you're an nature lover you'll definitely want to come and see the beauty that here. I'm a hobby photographer whereas my husband is a professional- we both got some great shots from MANY different angles; and not just of Devils tower!

Saw no aliens but it was an amazing site to see. I had been wanting to go there since I was 8 years old. It didn’t disappoint.

Amazing place worth the trip so beautiful. The hike around the tower was great. No food is sold inside the monument and some food is nearby. It is a good idea to eat first.
Absolutely worth the drive out, and up. Do the easy paved walk around the base for sure, so you see all the different angles of the tower. Very nice visitor center and picnic area. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the view.
