Terrible Management. They are frauds.
Management is not good they have just 3-4 people sitting in office and they don't even know what they talk. if we call them one person says one thing other person says other things when we talk to 3rd person they tell you didn't talk to me this is not in our lease. Coming to lease they tell you one thing in lease and they write something different. while moving out they don't want to give you the deposit fee and charge you for carpet and stuff.. WORST SERVICE EVER.
worst experience ever. They tell you about the employment clause at the time of lease and they charge you for the early termination fee worst apartments and worst service rude people.
A great staff and the property is well cared for! One of the best apartment complexes in Jefferson City!!!
Cheated us on our deposit we cleaned really good before we left and they charged us an extra 60 bucks for cleaning supposedly done by them.
