Gated Area, Laundry Facility, Near the City(downtown), Safe enough area to jog around the block/up the road. Had problems arise and management fixed or attended very briefly. Lovely/Friendly neighbors. Safe parking. Nate cleans up every morning in and around the place to keep things looking decent. No consistent loud noises. I currently live here and it is really miserable for me. Literally as we speak, I am burning up in my apartment, at a popping 87 degrees. The air CONSTANTLY does not work properly. You cannot regulate your own temperature in the unit, but they dont do a great job and making sure you stay cool during the hottest months. We could literally go DAYS in blistering heat in our units and nothing is done about it, until enough people complain. Lastly, let's not mention the damn roaches. I will not recommend these apartments to anybody. The office staff is rude, inconsiderate, and very disrespectful. The landlord is also the maintenance guy and he never likes to fix things on time. He believes that the tenants are on his time & he isn’t considerate at all. During my time here I had to deal with another resident stalking me & being gaslight by both Undre and Deborah into having me think I was just making it up. Management is nosey and has terrible customer service. A/C never works properly throughout the summer. Parking is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone!!!!
The office manager Debra called my job which was an embarrassment because the office has my personal cell number and my emergency contact. My co workers had to hear my conversation and my boss was right next to me! I was berated about applying to another apartment because my lease ends in October. Today is August the 13th! She questioned me about a landlord reference for an apartment I applied for and said I have to give them a written notice before I move out.
