I will not recommend these apartments to anybody. The office staff is rude, inconsiderate, and very disrespectful. The landlord is also the maintenance guy and he never likes to fix things on time. He believes that the tenants are on his time & he isn’t considerate at all. During my time here I had to deal with another resident stalking me & being gaslight by both Undre and Deborah into having me think I was just making it up. Management is nosey and has terrible customer service. A/C never works properly throughout the summer. Parking is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone!!!!
The office manager Debra called my job which was an embarrassment because the office has my personal cell number and my emergency contact. My co workers had to hear my conversation and my boss was right next to me! I was berated about applying to another apartment because my lease ends in October. Today is August the 13th! I've visited this property on 4 separate occasion and had a question for the property manager Mr.Washington to answer. He was very professional when we did a meet and greet to tour several units acquired for my needs lower level apartment. Unfortunately, the call from him today towards me was very unprofessional and he had a very nasty attitude because I wanted to know about any other apartments besides what he had shown me,did the other toilet sit on a center block.His judgment was that his property wouldn't be for me all b... read more
I currently live here. The Manager is nice & friendly. Never had an issue w/ getting things fixed within 24-48 hours of the report. The current upgrades are great, & you can’t beat 1 price for rent, lights, water, & cable. I’d recommend it to anyone. & I love my old schools who live out here too.
