Best BBQ that I have had in Florida since we moved back here two years ago. The various meats don't even need the sauces to shine. Don't get me wrong, the sauces are awesome. Vinegar and mustard based are on point. We will be back.
Came on opening night and the food was AMAZING. By far the best BBQ in Tampa Bay! I highly recommend the brisket with the vinegar sauce and the white sauce. The baked beans and jalapeño Mac and cheese were amazing! And let's talk about the maple bourbon bacon sundae 😍😍😍

The sauces are amazing!!! We liked the white one the best. I think it was called Florida/Alabama sauce?

Don’t miss the shrimp or pork ribs or deviled pig! Oh, who am I kidding? It’s all AMAZING! The only downside is you won’t have enough room to fit all that you’ll want to eat. I will be back again and again and again.
