This is a great location, close to literally everything downtown, awesome landlord, & friendly maintenance staff! Two blocks from the state capitol bldg & Willamette campus, next door to Little family run that sells grocery items too! Legit pics online, clean bldg, no bugs, & zero issues in all the years we've lived here!! How awesome it is to find everything legitimate, landlord a genuine good human being, & the pictures accurately reflect the property. Kudos to the Devereaux Apartments & ALL OTHER APARTMENTS BY TROY !!!!

Troy is one of the worst landlords Ive had to deal with. He is the prime example of whats wrong with the housing market right now. Didnt have a phone number to call and only communicates via email but doesnt even read your emails. The groundskeeper is checked out and never follows up with what he says he will. If Jaimie still works there I would run as far away as possible. I've been here for a couple months now and have enjoyed it. Place is quiet for the most part and the location is pretty convenient
I've been here three months so far. Has been better than expected! Quiet, nice neighbors. And no loud noises after 10 pm either. I would recommend it!
