Its a very convenient spot in the middle of town and has really nice facilities such as the laundry room. The manager jaime and the owner troy respond very quickly and have good ethics and answer questions as well as they can!
Good community and fast responses to any issues we have had. And the building itself has a lot of history and convenience, it has nearby resources that are within walking distance, making this a pretty good spot.
It's such a cute building, all the people that lived here are nice as well.
I moved here from out of state without seeing the apartment in person about three years ago, and am still here with my fiance. The pictures represented the actual apartment very well. Troy the owner and Jaime the manager are both kind and respond quickly to messages. Fellow tenants have been nice. It's cat/dog friendly, I like the hardwood floors which are easy to clean, and I love the old school brick building style on the outside. Great place to live! Super friendly people to live around and helpful, easy to access staff if needed! The only complaint I have would be the walls are a little thin so if that’s not your ideal, then this place probably wouldn’t be the best for you!
