Lori is the BEST! – Fantastic Stylist! She really knows her way around the shears! I thank her every morning - my hair practically does itself! I actually have had people follow me around the store to ask me who does my hair, Lori at M Squared! I have referred friends to her and they are just as happy!
Great place for a "Wow, where do you get your hair cut?!" – Michael has been doing my hair for years, when he opened his own salon I was thrilled. Not to mention the location is in Federal Hill so I take home fresh baked goods and pasta for a relaxing afternoon with a hot hair style! I like to make a day of it.
Best Haircut in a Long time – I had an appointment with Lori and she was really great! She spent a long time asking about the way I liked to style my hair and what type of look I wanted. I haven't had such a good appointment in a long time, and I am still getting compliments about it two weeks later. Thanks again!
Best haircut anywhere – I go to Lori A. and my hair always looks great. I like to mix it up, sometimes streaky, sometimes a style change. I can wait longer between cuts because it still looks good for 5–6–7 weeks. The products they use are the best. I buy my shampoo there. I'll never go anywhere else.
Better than salons on Newbury St., Boston – For years I'd been getting my hair cut and highlighted in Boston for way too much money. After my friend recommended M2, I gave it a try. Since then, I've never gone back to Newbury St., Boston. I get a better hair cut, better color, all for nearly a third of the price.
Upbeat Atmosphere and Great Haircuts that Last – I live in Boston and travel to Providence to have my cut and color done by owner Michael. Michael maintains a professional and upbeat salon. He gives you a haircut that not only looks great when you leave the salon, but also when you do your hair at home. You can count on compliments from his haircuts! He does great color too! Fun neighborhood to browse around in after your appointment.
Top Notch Stylist – I just got back from another great appointment with Lori A. I have been seeing her for several years and followed her from another salon...she's just that good. Extremely professional, doesn't get too pushy with products, and, most importantly, has learned what I like and what I don't. I trust her completely to give me a great cut that suits both my appearance and my personality. I have a friend moving to the area soon and I will definitely be sending her to see Lori at M squared.
No Place Better in Southern New England – Never thought I was a fussy guy when it came to hair, but after leaving Boston a couple of years ago it seemed every place I went gave me bad haircut after bad haircut. I'd run into old timer barbers for a standard "high & tight" (which meant "short & lopsided") or I'd try a different stylists at my town's "best" salon.
