Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne.
