Called multiple times to check on my son’s referral when he was 3. Months later I called again and got told he is too old for their services. NO ONE CALLED WHEN THE FIRST REFERRAL WAS SENT! Kept telling me to go somewhere else. Every where else is years back or hours away from where I’m at. Horrible place! Horrible service!

I’m a pediatric speech therapist who has had patients come to this clinic to get Autism evaluations. Dr Crawford is someone they reported having negative experiences with. Many of them report not feeling heard/seen with their concerns. They felt rushed and that the service was not compassionate and caring. All other staff have provided amazing bedside manner. I recommend potential patients to proceed with caution as to not waste your time as I understand getting a diagnosis can be very sensitive matter.

My son has been going to this office for over two years. The doctors, NPs, nurses and staff are always friendly, quick and professional. We recently saw NP Tonya. She was phenomenal. I don’t wait long. The exams go by quickly. Then appointments and referrals are always made within a reasonable time frame. I cannot stop bragging about this place.
