Absolutely unprofessional, they are very rude when you ask them questions! They tell you time frames for answers then get mad when you keep asking for a response as they can never reach back out to you.
We have had an incredible experience with Dr Essique. I feel seen and heard and also challenged to be the best advocate for my neurodivergent child. Feeling grateful!
The receptionist Elena, waited until two hours before the appointment to send us a -twenty two- page packet with a notice stating that if the packet wasn't returned before the appointment, we would be forced to cancel. So, we were forced to cancel the appointment that I had requested work off for and had arranged for my child to miss school for.
