My ex-wife found this joke of a place. They wouldn’t let me join a speaker phone call for a quick chat with the doctor. I left an important work meeting early and rushed over 30 minutes from Oviedo to make it there before they close. I saw the Dr. pop-out who promised to chat with me and rudely said “you’re late I don’t have time to talk to you!” I then expressed my concern to Tony at the front and he gave me an attitude as well. My son has been going to this practice since he was 5, now 10. They have been fantastic! We love the virtual appointments too! People giving one star reviews over insurance is pathetic.
Love the doctor and the nurse practitioner. Bad reviews due to not being in network with your insurance is insane!! She only takes our primary insurance not our secondary insurance but we still go to her and pay our copay.
I call to book appt they said they don't take Medicaid wow just turn down Soo many kids .... Lady said well you can self pay.
The doctor had no problem giving me a diagnosis but failed to fully explain what it meant. She was obviously rushing to get to the next appointment. I got a referral but no clear solution or game plan. I left with more questions than answers. Won’t be bringing my child here again. She doesn’t seem to like kids too much. Really needs to work on her bedside manner.
