Doctors do not mind to cancel the appointment youve been waiting for for over a year. Not once, but twice. I will gladly take my baby to some place where they put her care as a priority, not another cancelation.
Worst customer service -- Can't obtain a document for my sons past appointment. They don't answer 90% of time, then eventually put you on hold and hang up.
my daughter who has severe adhd and anxiety has been going here for a while seeing Dr. Green she has been amazing!!! she also saw a audiologist in the same building who was amziningly nice and answered any questions we had.

They Never pick up their phone. If you are 15 minutes late they will turn you away. That's their policy! They dont care about your circumstances. Doesn't matter if your sons appointment is 1 1/2 long. I'm sure the doctor enjoyed her hour + long break after I left.
