These people build high end house for high in prices but has low end service and communication. It's a never ending process trying to get someone to my house who can fix anything. By the time they come to fix it the warranty is up and they "aren't responsible".
We bought a home from them in 2015. They may be doing great work in Knoxville but are failing miserably in Nashville. Extremely poor response time to major and minor issues, false promises to fix things under warranty, and used terrible subs that resulted in major issues in a brand new, very expensive home (appliance issues, all duct work being replaced 9 months after closing - no a/c in master bedroom in summer, and the list can go on and on...).
