4 Star : Likely to Recommend The repair work was great but the communication and timing was not. 5 Star : Repair Quality We are happy with the repair but the communication was really lacking. We didn't have an update for several days and I had to call several times to find out what was going on. I think there's a lot of room for improvement there. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and offered true professional service. From setting up a rental, to dealing with insurance companies, to the actual repairs. The woman who was my main contact (I thought her name was Dahlia but now I’m not sure - Lol) was very attentive and answered all my questions.
