I have used Devault Floral several times in the last year to send flowers. They have excelled beyond my expectation EVERY TIME! I've been specific saying things like, "I want something non-traditional, exotic, Asian themed" (all kinds of crazy adjectives), and they have consistently nailed it. They text me a picture of the finished product so I can see what the end result is and make changes or start from scratch if I so choose. But I've never had to make any changes. I called yesterday to order a very special arrangement, a customized arrangement that required making a puppy out of carnations. The team seemed excited to work on this for me and eagerly excepted the challenge! They remained in contact with me through the whole process and sent me pictures of the arrangement before it was delivered. This is an amazing floral shop!!! The owner and staff are great and ready and willing to help with anything you need. Their creativity is next to none and beautiful. The Orange and yellow circus rose has lasted a month or better. Still smells great. If you have any floral needs for any occasion this is definitely the place to come.
I called to order a spray for my aunt's funeral and said I wanted blue, purple and white flowers. She said they would have a new shipment the next day and would deliver it the next afternoon. Luckily, I arrived 2 days later to see an arrangement that looked like it was over a week old and they put no care into it at all, contrary to what the lady had promised on the phone.
