DeVante is an amazing agent. He had so many good ideas to help us sell our home and strategically price it. He also handled a lot of the negotiations which made the selling process much easier on us. Unexpectedly, he also worked closely with our agent in the city that we were moving to ensure that all the transactions fell into place. That kind of service you only get from a top tier agent and DeVante is one of the rare ones that falls into that space.
