I had a rotator cuff tear and frozen shoulder. Two years later I’m in good shape. The recovery is long. Dr Kansara told me to expect a year recovery and said it would be painful. It was both. Lol. I’m glad I was prepared for the recovery or I imagine I would have been scared thinking it was all a failure. I’d probably be out searching for a new doctor and/or more treatments. I was referred to this institute having received surgery after an accident several hours away. I have to say this is the worst, and most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had. Without a doubt they took on my case so they could bring me in, take x-rays and bill my insurance. Its an insurance milking agency. Dr. Kansara and his staff here should be ashamed of the lax and callous way in which they treated me and presumably all of their patients. I saw Dr Kansara for a consultation for my shoulder. I have never felt so degraded and spoken down on in my entire life. Worst bedside manners I have experienced. He spoke to me like I was 5 years old, telling me cold and heat will do nothing for my shoulder pain and that my pain isn’t as bad as I claim and dismissed me. Do not book any time with this condescending jerk.

My knee replacement surgery was amazing! Dr. Kansara is kind, caring and bedside manor is incredible. Very skilled surgeon. I have referred friends.
