Looking back on my experience over a number of visits over several years, I am so DISAPPOINTED. I’m slim and fit but the doctors never investigated consistent high glucose and A1C. Even after my most recent visits with some abnormal results, I don’t get follow ups. Feels like a place to get a prescription and not much more.

This doctor listens, is supportive, kind, and takes what she’s told into consideration. I don’t care about wait times or professionalism, every doctor I’ve seen with great wait times and professionalism didn’t treat a single problem I ever brought to them. I’d recommend Dr. Deval to any person who I think would appreciate her. Edit 6 months later: Her brother, however, is unprofessional and shows less knowledge about medical care than every other staff person in the building. If you are a woman; refuse to see this man.

I got the worst experience for the first time with a physician in the US. I was referred to her by a family member and I feel I wasted my time and energy going to her, just to get her signatures for a vaccination proof doc. While she did what I requested her to do and adviced me to take a flu shot as the flue season is nearing, and I want to mention this as I am not somebody who gives a negative review about someone for no reason; I was kinda suprised by what she asked me. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this practice and would strongly advise anyone to avoid this practice at all cost! This was my first visit and i regret having chosen this office. Although the wait time was reasonable, about 20 minutes, no one from the staff nor the doctor took my vitals, blood pressure, weight nor height despite the appointment being for an annual physical exam and that i was a new patient.
