They were very sloppy with handling the case, have very poor internal communication so you are forced to repeat yourself constantly, they force you into targeted questions that will ignore anything more complicated about your case, they aren't able to take accountability for their sloppiness... and in my case that resulted in them directly mocking and laughing at me after their misunderstanding, then working harder to build a case against me to get out of their obligations than they ever put into actually repr... read more
