I placed my order through the website at the beginning of February. Today is April 7th and I still haven’t received my package. I contacted Customs and only received one reply—after that, I never heard back. I trusted the website when I made my purchase, believing it was a reliable site, or at the very least, that it had dependable customer service.
Great place, great coffee. Friendly staff. All you need really. Definitely worth popping in to take a look.
