I saw Dr. Detweiler for bunion surgery and could not be happier with the results! She is attentive, skilled and thorough, everything you want in a surgeon!

I have been Dr Detweilers patient for years. I highly recommend her. She has helped me on many visits. Diagnosed where others have failed. I am a flight attendant so my feet and ankles are extremely important! Thank you.

Dr Deteweiler treated me a number of years ago for a nail fungus. Treated...that word should only be used for a doctor who follows up with his/her patients. She clipped my nail but it’s actually no better today than it was years ago. It also doesn’t help that her staff is incredibly rude and unreliable. They’re happy to take your money...but not to treat you like a human being.

I wouldn't even bother going back to the clinic. My son was seen two months ago and till this day has not received his orthotics. When I call the office and leave messages they never call me back. When I do call and they decide to pick up the attitude I receive is horrible. Francesca Ramos very rude and doesn't even know the name of her office Manager. Very sad! The Doctor is very nice and friendly but unfortunately not her staff!

I have never experienced a worst service. I was giving an appointment at 8am. Two days before i received a call from their office confirming my appointment at 8am. I get there at 745am and the door is closed. I wait until 830 and no one shows up. I later called and asked at what time they open; they open at 9am!!! No respect for peoples time.

A very dishonest practice and highly rude front desk girl . I thought I didn't not have insurance only catastrophic ....... my husband recently changed it ! I paid cash and they charged me 500 for two kids . I told the billing lady to add to my insurance card that I had paid the amount to reach my deductible . She added to my Avmed card ....SHE KNEW I WAS NIAVE ABOUT THE INFORMATION ......TOOK THE CASH AND DID NOT INFORM ME THAT I WAS TO GET A INSURANCE NEGOTIATED RATE RATE ! PLEASE BEWARE

Office staff was uninterested, lacked even the briefest amount of courtesy, and at times, down-right rude. After coldly escorting me to a patient room, I asked the young lady whether or not she liked her job. Her response was, Yeah, Kind of." Everybody has a bad day, but I have received the same treatment from the staff each time. Dr. Detweiller was competent enough. However, at the second visit she was unable to recall her previous orders for tests and at one point contradicted herself.

Really negative experience interacting with their office. Had to make 4 calls to make an appointment and they never would return my calls. In the end they told me they would not take my insurance and never even bothered to ask if i would like to pay out of pocket. They told me they had been busy dealing with patients that are already there.
