So sunday night I was winching a car about 50ft out of a ditch after a big snow storm and BOOM! My cable snaps! Of course I didn’t have a spare because the same thing happened to a friend of mine so I gave him my spare a few weeks prior and never made it down to grab another one. I made a FB post about it and the owner mike told me to get to the shop and grab one. So about 8pm Sunday night he went in and opened the shop just to get my truck back on the road. The customer service at DWS is top notch! Thanks guys!!!
