Should be longer hours life’s are at stake
I'm new at navigating around all of this and it's been a struggle. All I wanna do is be able to help my son.. They have helped me in more ways than one. Ronda that was assistancing me was pretty amazing, super nice, clear, and helped explain things in away I could easily understand. Plus removed the giant weight I had on my shoulder. Horrible customer service. Just horrible
It has been almost three weeks since I called the intake department. I left a message and have yet to hear back from them. It sucks when you try to get help and the actual resource provides no benefit. Apparently you can contact their hotline 24/7 but you may not hear back from them for days when you ask for help. It’s so disappointing. And unfortunately peoples lives deteriorate when they don’t get the care that they need.
