We arrived about 15 minutes early for our reservation. We had to wait 10 minutes past our reservation for our table. Took 20 minutes for a soda! Shrimp appetizer was half raw. Had to send it back. Came back after our dinner and after we ordered dessert!
Horrible. Checked in and the Hostess forgot about us even though we were 3 feet from her. Finally seated after 40 minutes only to NOT have a wait person. Then after another 10 minutes our waitress brought out one water NOT 2, after putting in our order we never received our salad, the main course was not even worth touching to say the least. Then had to wait again because waitress didn't bring my credit card back when paying. Will not go back.
Terrible service, and even after we talked to the manager still forced 18% gratuity charge on our bill. The calamari tasted burnt like they were overdue to change the deep fryer oil. Waited for ten minutes for a table when we had a reservation, waited another fifteen minutes before we got our drink orders.
Omgoodness the fried and broiled Lobster was the best. Service was slow and the server a little inexperience but over all it was great. I'll be looking next time for a surf n turf. I had a bite of my niece's steak and can't believe how tasty, juicy very favorable it tasted. Highly recommend it for anniversaries, birthdays and date night.
This was my husband and I first time dining here. My only disappointment was that I could not get a booth. We did get a beautiful small intimate table facing the window and were offered a booth once one became available. maitre d who's name I didn't get and our waitress Cali were amazingly good. Always a great experience! The bartender is the be st I've ever seen! Love him!
Great food and the waiter was good but only part of my meal came out, no rice...... after eating half of my meal thinking my rice will be out soon, I had to call for some lady that was walking around to check on my rice, she then come out with my rice. Still I enjoyed myself.
Excellent service and beautiful atmosphere. Thank you for making our gathering special and unique
