Alot of the comments reveals a history of poor behavior by this landlord. My experience was also unfavorable. While residing in one of their properties, I encountered persistent plumbing issues in the basement, which they attempted to attribute to my three-year-old daughter. House has been infested with rats since I moved in! I just went a week with no hot water or heat (thank god it’s summer time) due to HORRIBLE PLUMBING can’t even put a washer or dryer in my basement it flood so bad! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
