The staff in the front desk is the worst she’s so rude and only nice to specific people, she never said a nice word and complained about me having a kid. I know im not supposed to bring a kid but I can’t leave him alone at home but if she said it in a nice way i would have not been stressed the whole visit.
So far my kindest dental experience Ever.
front desk receptionist Morgan was extremely rude and had the nastiest attitude at 8am with her AirPods in. We all have bad days but be so serious. It wasn’t what she was telling me , it was the delivery of that information. If someone could remind her that she is at work! That’d be great!!!!! Rubbed me all the way off. Just because you’re coming here for affordable care doesn’t mean you should be talked to like that.
