Called these guys today to let them know my alternator went bad on my truck. Their location was less than 5 miles from where my truck was so I figured I’d call them. Told me they’d arrive in 45 mins which is why I went with them and took almost an hour later to arrive just to not let my business go. They took less than 10 minutes and started my truck and charged $400. Guy told me he charges normally $525 to give a jumpstart. Big tow rigs don’t even charge that to tow to the shop. Really really bad experience at this place. They said they could fix it , charged ahead 2,5 k then they said it’s not fixable and of course not returning the down payment. They are nice before getting their money, after -they are nasty! You may get some good service for smaller things, but for the more complex jobs, they will come up with all kind of excuses or try to get way more out of you! I would stay away from them.
