Detroit Furnace came out to repair my furnace via DTE warranty plan and they were absolutely amazing! On time, great communication and great techs. Mitch was fantastic! Note: I had a different repair facility ( can’t disclose their name) come out first and didn’t use the proper parts. But Detroit Furnace made it happen! Thank you!
We have had Jessie and Caleb come out. Both have been fantastic. The last visit was from Caleb. We had a faucet installed and it was recalled. This resulted in us having Caleb come out to replace it with a new one I had purchased. Caleb had suggestions about brands and was very helpful. Ultimately, there was a malfunction with the new faucet. Go figure. To our surprise, even in a time crunch, Caleb provided and installed a very nice faucet to use until we’re able to go grab another one. I’d definitely have both of them back ... read more

I highly recommend this company and all of there employees. I had this company come out and install a new furnace. The price was right in the middle of some other quotes I'm so happy we went with the Detroit furnace team. My bill has gone done. The workman ship was impeccable.i recommend this company to all my friends. I will be using them when it's time for air conditioner.
Can't say enough good things about this company. It looks like they have another office in Fraser. Long time customer of them. I've used them to fix my furnace, snake my drain, and for maintenance. Everytime they come out I know I have made the right choice for my issue. They are efficient and the price is always fair. This type of stuff is definitely a situation you get what you pay for.
