We had a great experience with this company. Steve K first came out to evaluate our bathroom faucet issue and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He returned a week later with Alec to complete the repair, and both of them worked efficiently, finishing the job quicker than expected. The new faucet looks clean, modern, and works perfectly. Detroit furnace fixed our water heater, Nathan was the repairman, very professional and courteous, did a great job. Made sure all was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Detroit Furnace!
Stay away from this company, bunch of scammers. If DTE tries to refer them, ask for a different company.
Mitchell M. from Detroit Furnace was awesome! My heat went out in the middle of the night. I use the DTE Appliance Repair program, so they contacted Detroit Furnace. My scheduled time was between 12-4. Mitchell called me at 10:30 to see if I wanted him to come early. I was extremely grateful as it was very cold in my house. He was professional and courteous.
