Founded by a man named Redi Gahd who brought the New York calisthenics culture to Detroit. Redi assembled a team of Fitness enthusiasts to build the first calisthenics Park Detroit ever had. This is a great place for the community to come and workout! Also, the team hosts a calisthenics competition annually with a celebratory event that promotes Health wellness and Community Building.
