I found this repair shop online. After reading great reviews, I decided to take my car there and leave it. I gave the owner a piece of paper listing several things to check. One of the problems was jerking. Ron called me the next day with a diagnosis and costs for repairs. When I got to the shop and started the car it sounded good.
