I came to Coastal Detox to continue my journey in recovery. After having a slip after being sober for 4 months, I needed some time to detox and to put some time between me and a drink. Coastal Detox is a beautiful facility with excellent staff, most in recovery themselves which was important for me to be surrounded by people who know where you are at because they have been there. To my coastal detox family, I can’t say enough great things about all of you . I would have never felt comfortable or willing to go through my much needed detox process if it wasn’t for the feelings of compassion care and understanding from the first time I reached out to Nina . I do not think I can explain how amazing coastal detox is, I’ve never been somewhere where it didn’t feel like a punishment for my addiction. They do an amazing job at creating a comfortable/relaxing environment even if you’re withdrawing from fentanyl. This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone here is such a blessing and they take care of you with the best care! It’s an amazing place for you to come comfortably and detox from whatever it is that you might be going through or need help with. It’s a medical detox facility that is personalized to each patient and makes you feel at home while doing so. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who may be struggling to detox or come off of anything by themselves and just simply can’t.

This place saved my life. Coming back into a detox after 10 years sober was an extremely humbling experience, but one of the best decisions I ever made. I tried getting sober again at home, but I truly needed help. Nina, Phil, Jeff, and all of the others made me feel like they were in my corner rooting for me.
