Coastal Detox saved my life. I was there from September through November 2025. My case was a difficult one--I was coming off two years of continuous opiate and benzodiazapine use. In the beginning, I was unable to shower, get dressed or get up and down the stairs without assistance. Didn't sleep for weeks. Fantastic detox center. The house is beautiful and the staff makes sure if stays clean. There is also a chef on site that cooks fresh meals daily. They also offer a wide variety of recovery options and the groups are ran by experts with experience in both the recovery field and also a relatable experience of what it was like before. If you or a loved one needs any mental health or substance abuse treatment assistance I would highly recommend Coastal Detox.

i stayed here for 30 days, it was an amazing experience! great staff they’re so kind and helpful to everybody. this is a very safe place to detox.

I have to say Coastal Detox was by far the best and kindest rehabilitation center I have been to. I showed up in a bit of a mess stayed 30 days and all staff were very patient and Kind. They take and kept all of us very busy and we had lots of great outings. The groups are great and relaxed and we get into the solution. Also the owner comes In daily to check on us and make sure everything was running smoothly and it was. Thankyou all coastal staff

The people who work here really care about what they do and have personal experience which helps a lot. Plus the food is prepared thoughtfully and deliciously!
