Determined Fitness is such a wonderful place where you feel to workout as you please with no judgment and tons of encouragement!
I have gone to Determined Fitness over the past month and I can honestly say that I like it a lot. It is clean, the staff is very pleasant and helpful and the training session that I had was very thorough. I left that session feeling that I had a better understanding of the machines and my body. As for the gym itself, it is small, but easy to navigate around. I have gone at various times and have not had to wait for an elliptical or treadmill. My personal trainer is excellent. Attentive, caring, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I'm currently 40 weeks pregnant and feel great thanks to him. I've always worried my sciatica would worsen with the lifting and exercise, but everything he had me do was safe for me and my baby and I am so grateful I could trust him.
I wonder if they are hiring? I miss the fitness field.
I lived it until it was taken over by someone that wanted a corporate image and let people go. It appeared that you only wanted pencil thin people and not a family type business so I dropped my membership
