The guy we had was fantastic. It all took a while because we had to order replacement parts from the manufacturer (Sign of The Crab), but once the parts came he recommended a couple of changes and got everything working again (after one faucet had been badly damaged by another company).

We needed to get a new gas water heater installed. Everyone at Detemple was very professional and friendly. Michelle was wonderful to work with and the plumbers Todd and Kordell were very professional and nice. We will definitely use them in the future for our plumbing needs and we highly recommend them. I’m so blown away with my experience with Jason from Detemple. I had an emergency leak and I called all around town and no one could fit me in until 2 or 3 weeks. Detemple was able to send someone out within the hour to not only investigate but also fix the leak. Jason was kind and took the time to answer all my questions about what happened. Absolutely outstanding service from Richard! After diagnosing a cracked pipe in our unit, he spent the evening making sure it was fixed. That included the diagnosis, getting new pipe and materials, and replacing the pipe. He worked until 10:30 pm to make sure our leak would be fixed. He even cleaned up after and made our place look like new. Thank you Richard!

I talked to Jeremy to get an estimate to fix a leak in my crawl space. He was completely transparent about cost and pricing and helped me troubleshoot some issues and gave me some advice over the phone. Also, he was willing to get in touch with another plumber who previously provided me a quote to see what the best solution would be. Great, honest company!
