Im actually not the customer, but im a tenant that needed at an apartment building. I found that Jason , the plumber guy doing the work to be a great representation fo the company. Jason was considerate, polite, and very professional. Thanks De Temple Co

The guy we had was fantastic. It all took a while because we had to order replacement parts from the manufacturer (Sign of The Crab), but once the parts came he recommended a couple of changes and got everything working again (after one faucet had been badly damaged by another company).

License plate 306 n AJ, vehicle 228. I don't appreciate one of your drivers road raging in laying on the horn because I was stopped at a red light. Please don't put aggressive people on the road.

We needed to get a new gas water heater installed. Everyone at Detemple was very professional and friendly. Michelle was wonderful to work with and the plumbers Todd and Kordell were very professional and nice. We will definitely use them in the future for our plumbing needs and we highly recommend them. I’m so blown away with my experience with Jason from Detemple. I had an emergency leak and I called all around town and no one could fit me in until 2 or 3 weeks. Detemple was able to send someone out within the hour to not only investigate but also fix the leak. Jason was kind and took the time to answer all my questions about what happened.
