I cant believe how great this place is, best service I’ve had in a long time! Mary is top notch at what she does. We love this company and will keep them for years to come because they keep my family safe. They treat you like family. Keep it up guys.

Doesn’t answer phones or return calls in a timely manner, when there are concerns about their intrusion alarm and/or fire/smoke alarm systems.
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but my experience with Detection Systems & Service Inc raises serious concerns about fire safety, and I feel it’s important to make others aware. I had a disappointing experience with Detection Systems & Service Inc during our annual fire panel inspection. We started using them, and during our first test, they claimed our existing fire panel—which had never had any issues—was suddenly inoperable and needed to be replaced.
