I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but my experience with Detection Systems & Service Inc raises serious concerns about fire safety, and I feel it’s important to make others aware. I had a disappointing experience with Detection Systems & Service Inc during our annual fire panel inspection. We started using them, and during our first test, they claimed our existing fire panel—which had never had any issues—was suddenly inoperable and needed to be replaced. My experience with Detection systems is their pir motion sensor products. I'm a 28+yr DIEBOLD CSEIII SECURITY SERVICE TECHNICIAN. Their Tritec hardwire motion sensor is PIR motion and Microwave radar detection sensor. Excellent immunity to false alarms due to it's multi trigger detection prior to generating an actual alarm. The sensor is fully adjustable and customizable to your environment.
